Gegenstand der Arbeit sind die gesellschaftsrechtlichen Modifizierungen, mit denen der deutsche Gesetzgeber auf die COVID-19-Pandemie und ihre Herausforderungen für die Unternehmenspraxis reagiert hat. Der Autor unterzieht die Krisenregelungen einer eingehenden Analyse und gelangt zu dem Ergebnis, dass das Sonderrecht bis auf wenige Ausnahmen eine gelungene Antwort auf die Krisensituation darstellt und darüber hinaus wertvolle Impulse für eine konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung des Aktienrechts setzt. »Stabilization Measures under the StFG and the WStBG.
