The objective of the “Debt Management Report,” which has been published since 2004, is to provide readers across a wide spectrum spanning domestic and foreign markets, government affairs, and research, etc., with the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Japan’s debt management policy.
While this report focuses on Japanese Government Bond (JGB) management policy as a debt management policy, it covers issues involving public debts in general.

(Note) The Ministry of Finance hereby announces a correction notice with respect to figures in the “Debt Management Report 2023. The correction has already been updated online.
