The book covers all aspects of the tourism industry, including hospitality, transport - road, rail, air and sea, and ancillary services such as car rental, insurance, passport and visa services, and foreign currency. Entries vary from one-line definitions to a 3000 word article, supplemented by some extensive appendices.
