Description
(Text)
The thorough transformation of administrative law is a process of utmost importance in many European jurisdictions. Nevertheless, there appears to be no common European debate about that development. It is the general idea of a new transnational project, bringing together scholars from some pertinent European jurisdictions, to advance that debate and to achieve a surplus of results compared to isolated discussions at national level. This volume is a collection of the papers presented at a first ( kick-off -)meeting in the old castle of Dornburg, near Jena (Germany).
