Full Description

This study deals mainly with the localization of small vascular lesions within the brain-stem. It summarizes the various methods applied for detecting functional disturbances of specialized structures, correlates these findings with morphologic criteria (MRI) and elaborates patterns of abnormal findings which are characteristic of small brain-stem lesions. The reader is thus informed about neurophysiological techniques which are superior to imaging techniques in local brain-stem pathology.
