Dr. Marija Dzunic is a professor of economic theory and political economy at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ni , where she specializes in researching the social determinants that shape economic outcomes. Her expertise in institutional quality, governance, and social inclusion directly informs her contributions to the field of urban governance. She has authored numerous publications, including studies on poverty, social exclusion, and housing market determinants in transition economies. As a senior researcher, professor Dzunic is engaged in several EU-funded projects, focusing on smart and resilient urban development through advanced data analytics as well as on the transitions to regenerative economic practices.  
 
John Östh is a Full Professor of Urban Analytics in the Department of  Built Environment at OsloMet Oslo Metropolitan University, Norway and coordinating education in Transport and Urban Planning. He has written extensively on topics related to mobility, urban planning, tourism, demographics and urban economics. John has developed several scientific software of which the most downloaded (EquiPop) is used by statistical agencies and researchers worldwide. 
 
Simona Muratori is a Senior Researcher and Project Manager at Poliedra Politecnico di Milano, where her main thematic fields of expertise are decision support systems for the environment and the land and methods and procedures for environmental assessment. She has been Member of the Environmental Impact Assessment and Strategic Environmental Assessment committee for the Italian Ministry of the Environment and Protection of Land, and Senior Program Officer at CARIPLO Foundation, one of the most important grantmaking
foundations in the world, where she was Operational Manager of the Environment Sector. She has extensive experience as lecturer and course leader at the graduate and postgraduate level.
