This second edition updates the initial edition to address changes in policy language as forms have evolved over the decade since the first edition was published; changes in the law, as reflected by reported decisions discussed in the text; and changes in coverage including, in particular, a discussion of the relatively new "social engineering fraud" coverage, which was a nascent coverage at the time of the initial edition.
