Description
The Palgrave Handbook of Environmental Policy and Law provides readers with information on developments in the two fields of environmental policy and environmental law in both developed and developing countries. In particular, the Handbook analyses policies and statutes used at the local, regional, national, and international level in locations of differing climates, governance, and levels of development that aim to protect the environment and ensure ecologically sustainable development.
