コーチ業界で働く優秀な知人から頂いた本。平易な文章ではあったけど、全編英語でなかなか読み終えるのに時間が掛かった。やっと読み終えれて少し感動w。日々の仕事の中で部下とコミュニケーションを取る事の重要性と、その取り方のコツみたいな物を丁寧に教えてくれている内容。書かれてる事は全てその通りで、実際自分も部下と面談の時間を頻繁に作った事でチームワークが高まり、非常に仕事がやり易くなった。新天地でもコミュニケーションの充実を図る事を一番の目標として取り組み、仕事の質を上げるようにしよう。いい本でした。★★★★☆
