This 2024-2025 supplement brings the principal text current with recent developments in the law and contains the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure with selected advisory committee notes and key provisions from the United States Code. It also contains selections from the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure, the Federal Rules of Evidence, and the United States Constitution that are useful for teaching Civil Procedure. The supplement includes the recent US Supreme Court Code of Conduct. The supplement provides additional material to draw upon for the teaching of this fundamental subject.
