Full Description
This book is aimed to introduce the application of perforator flaps with different donor sites in the reconstructive surgery of oral maxillofacial surgery & head and neck (OMS & HN). Meanwhile, we also explore the other aspects of perforator including anatomy, ultrasonic, iconography, microsurgical anastomosis, perioperative nursing, et al. This book systemically narrates how to use common perforator flaps to surgical reconstruction of defects following tumor ablation in OMS & HN. What's more, we intend to convey the idea that perforator flap is an ideal choice for OMS & HN reconstruction as compared to traditional flaps. OMS & HN surgeons participate in the perforator flap application and investigation on reconstruction surgery with multidisciplinary cooperation.
