Full Description
The handbook aims to provide guidance to ensure that both human rights and gender equality dimensions required in the UN are included in evaluations. It was primarily designed for use in programme and project evaluations but can be adapted as a tool to support other types of evaluations carried out within and outside the UN system. Users of the handbook include evaluators and others with responsibilities for commissioning and managing evaluations, as well as programme designers to support their analysis of human rights and gender equality issues and their inclusion in programme design and M&E systems.
