Under the editorship of Ardi Imseis, Volume 21 of the Palestine Yearbook of International Law includes articles on: EU trade agreements with Israel and the Palestinian Authority, the legality of the use of force for self-determination, and the right to Palestinian refugees to return under international law, with a specific focus on the drafting paragraph 11 of General Assembly Resolution 194 (III) of 11 December 1948.
