In 1642, at 16 years old, Mary Powell married the poet John Milton, who searched more for a way to clean up their finanzes more than love. However, Mary didn't conform with the paper that the entire world seemed to assign themselves, and didnt waste time in revealing herself as a woman of character, voluptuousness, strength and very capable of coping with her cultured and glorious husband.
