Description

"plated Berlin" is more than just a restaurant guide. This book combines the diversity of Berlin's finest restaurants and invites readers to explore the pulsating food culture of the capital. Featuring 33 carefully selected eateries that showcase the creativity and range of Berlin's gastronomy, the book offers not only a collection of chef-curated recipes but also tells the stories behind each kitchen. Restaurants like AERA, Annelies, Brasserie Remi, Cozymazu, Gazzo, and Rocket + Basil shape Berlin's gastronomic identity, highlighting the city's innovative and diverse flavours. From modern takes on traditional dishes to avant-garde creations, "plated Berlin" opens the door to the creative kitchens of the city. Each restaurant is introduced with an exclusive recipe and a personal story, offering deep insights into the people and philosophies behind the dishes.
