Afghanistan - symbol of war and sorrow for most of the people today - crossed by the photographer Stefan Alfons and his team in just 8 days by jeep. Alfons documented this trip by extensive photographs. His pictures show us a suprisingly different country; cheerful, multicolored, lucky, but also emitting an enourmous width and silence.
