Unsere Art zu Arbeiten unterliegt branchenübergreifend ständigen Transformationsprozessen. Gleichzeitig ist der Arbeitsplatz für viele Menschen neben den eigenen vier Wänden der Ort mit dem längsten Aufenthalt. Dementsprechend groß ist das Bedürfnis nach einer Umgebung, die nicht nur die nötigen Materialien zurVollziehung der beruflichen Tätigkeit bereithält, sondern auch zur Identifikation und Wohlbefinden beiträgt. Beides sindGrundpfeiler für den Erfolg eines Unternehmens.Das Buch dokumentiert die Weiterentwicklung innovativer und zukunftsweisender Arbeitswelten, die zum einen dem Wunschnach Konzentration und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen entsprechen, zum anderen aber auch die dort arbeitenden Menschen in den Fokus rücken und entsprechende architektonische und innenarchitektonische Standards und Impulse setzen.

Our way of working is subject to constant transformation processes across all industries. From the challenges and opportunities of digitalisation, to questions of sustainable production, administration and office structures, to strategies of healthcare and contemplation: the task of architecture is to translate influences on the working world into space. At the same time, for many people the workplace is the place with the longest stay besides their own four walls. Accordingly, the need foran environment that not only provides the necessary materials to carry out the professional activity, but also contributesto identification and well-being. Both are cornerstones for the success of a company.The book documents the further development of innovative and future-oriented working environments that on the onehand meet the desire for concentration and optimization of work processes, but on the other hand also focus on the peopleworking there and set corresponding architectural and interior design standards and impulses.
