DANIEL SIMONOVICH has taught strategy, leadership and information management at the European School of Business (Reutlingen University) where he was Dean and Vice President. His research interests include strategy for-mulation, organizational development and transformation, and strategy execution. He consults organizations on strat-egy and leadership and also provides corporate trainings inthese areas. Prior to his professorship, he worked as a strategy consultant for CSC Index and Booz Allen Hamilton in various industries. He earned degrees from Cambridge University, Ecole Centrale Paris, Hamburg University, and INSEAD.

Timea Havar steht für eine ungewöhnliche Kombination aus Management-, Konzert- und Bühnenerfahrung sowie Pädagogik. Ihr künstlerisches Profil umfasst Solo-Konzerte, Bühnenauftritte an der Semper-Oper und Medienerfahrung bei Fernsehproduktionen (ZDF; MDR). Sie arbeitete als Gesangsdozentin, leitete Chöre und inszenierte Musicals. Ihr pädagogisches Diplom absolvierte sie an der Staatlichen Hochschule für Musik in Stuttgart und ihr künstlerisches Diplom im Fach Gesang an der Hochschule Carl Maria von Weber in Dresden. Als Kulturmanagerin organisierte sie über 100 Konzerte und sammelte bei Colbert Artists Management in den USA internationale Erfahrung. Nach ihrem MBA Studium an der European School of Business (ESB) in Reutlingen hat sie ihre Erfahrung aus der Bühnenperformance mit Trainingsanforderungen internationaler Führungskräfte zu einem innovativen Trainingskonzept (HAVAR CONCEPT) zusammengeführt. Sie hat Dozentenprogramme in Case Study Teaching und Verhandlungsführung an der Havard Business School und der Havard Law School absolviert und ist als Dozentin für Organizational Behavior an Hochschulen in Deutschland und er Schweiz tätig. Als Trainerin und Coach ist sie zudem für Beratungsunternehmen, Industriebetriebe und Organisationen der öffentlichen Hand im Einsatz.
