Why Gordon Matta-Clark? A third of a century after his death, the star of Gordon Matta-Clark (1943-1978) continues rising inexorably. He is one of those rare artists who is both an artists' artist, one who is first and foremost appreciated by his artist colleagues, and an architects artist.
