Die alltägliche Migration in Küche und Garten zur BUGA 2019
Zur Bundesgartenschau 2019 wird Silke Wagner ( 1968) ein Projekt für den öffentlichen Raum mit dem Titel "Migration und Pflanze" realisieren. In Heilbronn liegt der Anteil der Bevölkerung mit -Migrationshintergrund bei außergewöhnlich hohen 50%. In der Stadt leben 140 verschiedene Nationen zusammen. Für ihr Projekt machte Silke Wagner Pflanzen ausfindig, die ursprünglich aus Herkunftsländern von Migranten stammen und in Heilbronn heimisch geworden sind. Sie entwickelte dafür ein System mehrfarbig bedruckter Folien, auf denen der Name der Pflanzen sowie Statistiken zu Themen wie -Arbeitsmigration, Flucht etc. zu finden sind. Als -Display für die Präsentation dienen ihr Bus- und Bahnhäuschen entlang der Achse -zwischen Bahnhof, Eingang des BUGA-Geländes und Kunstverein Heilbronn. Die von ihr gestalteten Folien werden auf die Glasflächen der Haltestellen auf-geklebt. Zur Erläuterung liegen Flyer an vielen Orten aus. Eine App ermöglicht es, Informationen zu den Pflanzen, mit Statistiken zu ihren Migrationswegen sowie zum Heilbronner Weg der Pflanzen direkt auf das Handy zu laden. Das Buch dokumentiert die Aktion und liefert vertiefende Einblicke.

La Migration quotidien au cusine et jardin à l'exposition nationale BUGA 2019
Le Kunstverein de Heilbronn a invité Silke Wagner (Francfort/Main) à réaliser un travail artistique au centre-ville de Heilbronn, parallèlement à l'exposition nationale BUGA 2019. Son projet " Migration et plant " renvoie à une particularité de la ville dont la proportion de la population issue de l'immigration est de 53 % – 140 nationalités différentes vivent à Heilbronn. " Migration et plantes " crée un lien visuel sur le trajet entre la gare, la BUGA et le Kunstverein. Sur cet axe, les façades vitrées des arrêts de bus et de tram exposent les oeuvres de Silke Wagner. Ses représentations florales ontchacune pour point de départ deux dénominations botaniques. Les deux noms désignent une plante indigène (locale) et un néophyte, tel un nouveau citoyen. Chacune des oeuvres végétales représente une statistique concernant des questions autour de la migration, par exemple la migration de main d'oeuvre et la fuite, ou la proportion d'immigrants par rapport à celle d'émigrants, etc. La migration de plantes, elle, existe depuis toujours sans susciter le moindre émoi et nous intégrons tous autant que nous sommes des plantes " issues de l'immigration " dans nos jardins, nos vases et nos assiettes. Le plus souvent, nous ne sommes même pas conscients à quel point cette " forme d'intégration " que nous assumons va de soi, naturellement et quotidiennement.

The Everyday Migration in Kitchen and Garden and the German National Horticultural Show of Plants 2019
Silke Wagner ( 1968) is invited to realize her project with the title "Migration and Plant" in public spaces around Heilbronn. Heilbronn is home to an above average number of people with a migration background. Their share of the -population is 50%. For her project, Silke Wagner did research on plants from the various countries of origin and then combined this information with migration statistics. She intends to have coloured foils installed at the railway shelters along the axis train station -– German National Horticultural Show -– City Hall – Kunst-verein Heilbronn. Additional explana-tions and -illustrations on the topic of migration are -avail-able via an app, as well as flyers and this book which documents all foils as well as the -accompanying materials and ncludes in addition deepening con-tributions.
