Dr. R.L. Yadav (b 11 11 1949) is a serving Director of IndianInstitute of Sugarcane Research, Lucknow and President ofAssociation of Sugarcane Technologists of India. He has beenhonored twice by Prime Minister of India and once by Chief Minister of U.P the largest sugarcane growing State of India.
