Am 13.6.2014 ist das Gesetz zur Umsetzung der Verbraucherrechterichtlinie in Kraft getreten, das die Widerrufsrechte bei Verbraucherverträgen neu strukturiert hat. Dabei wurden auch die bislang über das BGB verstreuten Regelungen über zusammenhängende Verträge in dem neuen 360 BGB zusammengeführt. Zudem hat das Gesetz zur Umsetzung der Wohnimmobilienkreditrichtlinie mit Wirkung ab 21.3.2016 ein Widerrufsrecht bei sog. Null-Prozent-Finanzierungen eingeführt mit weitreichenden Folgen auch für verbundene Verträge ( 358 f. BGB) bei diesen Finanzierungen. Zeitnah zum Inkrafttreten dieser Gesetzesänderungen kommentiert der Staudinger kritisch die komplexe Rechtsmaterie. Aus Anlass dieser neuen Regelungen wurde zudem die Kommentierung der Vorschriften über verbundene Verträge ( 358 f. BGB) vollständig neu gefasst.
