Description
(Text)
The theme of this book is Experts and their evidence - both in common and civil law jurisdictions. It covers both legal proceedings and arbitrations. There are of course limits to the use of Expert evidence, and the intention of this book is to leave the reader with an appreciation of Expert evidence, some of the current debates on its use, and how to challenge it. It also contributes to those debates.
