Idle hand is the devil workshop. Teach them to catch fish, do not give them fish. Build the man, build the community. The grave yard is the greatest deposit of potential. Self expression is inevitable to man. If the opportunity to express self positively is denied, man devices opportunity to express self negatively. Create accessible positive platform for self expression. The difference between the greatest man and the least if any is time and opportunity. Therefore, give man equal chance to proof himself.
