Out-of-school adolescents in rural areas often lack access to comprehensive reproductive health knowledge, which can impact their attitudes and behaviors towards sexual health. It is important to understand the factors influencing their knowledge, attitude, and behavior in order to develop targeted interventions to promote healthy practices. It is crucial to address the knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors related to reproductive health among out-of-school adolescents in rural areas. Major risk factors in adolescence include premature entry into sexual relationships, multiple partners, high-risk sexual behaviour and lack of basic health information and service.
