Criminal Law Risks and Criminal Compliance«: The thesis examines criminal law risks associated with sponsoring and ways for companies to address them. To this end, it develops criminal law assessment models for breach of trust ( 266 German Criminal Code) and commercial corruption ( 299 German Criminal Code), oriented toward the specific characteristics of sponsoring. It also explains preventive and repressive measures of criminal law-related compliance in sponsoring companies in relation to these assessment models.
