This report is a follow-up of the Report DAfStb-Heft 617 so that the aims of this report remain the same as explained there in Chapter 1 of the foreword. The development of the ACI-DAfStb Shear Databases is described in Chapter 2 of the foreword of DAfStb-Heft 617 and is also not repeated here. The report is subdivided into seven parts, whereby within each part contains several subparts. Thereby, this DAfStb-Heft 635 mainly deals with databases for tests on beams without stirrups. For tests on beams with stirrups, the databases presented in DAfStb-Heft 617 remain valid. In Part 1, all procedures and all criteria for the selection of tests are explained in detail. This Part is a revision of that in DAfStb-Heft 617. Apart from editorial changes and some corrections, especially the flexural check has been revised in order to account for compression reinforcement in the beams. Part 2 of this report covers different databases with shear tests on reinforced concrete beams without stirrups. These are either revisions of the databases in DAfStb-Heft 617 with more tests covered or new databases. Part 2.1 presents the revised database with beams subjected to point loads, and Part 2.2A deals with the revised database with beams subjected to a uniformly distributed load. Part 2.2B presents the merged database with all 946 selected tests on beams with point loads (892 tests) and 54 tests on beams with a distributed load. These are far more tests than in DAfStb-Heft 617 with 744 tests on beams with point loads and 40 tests on beams with distributed loads, altogether 784 tests. This Part 2.2B also contains the evaluations with comparisons of several design proposals with test results. Part 2.3 presents a revised databases in comparison to DAfStb-Heft 617, because the number of tests on beams subjected to axial tension could be considerably increased. The databases comprises tests on simple beams as well as tests on beams with moments at the end supports like at intermediate supports. Part 2.4 and Part 2.5 present new databases with shear tests on beams without shear reinforcement with shear failures at intermediate supports. For continuous slabs or beams without shear reinforcement failure can occur at intermediate supports, and it is commonly agreed that higher shear capacities can be expected than for simply supported beams, but so far no databases are available to prove this assumption. The tests were performed on simply supported beams with either one or two loaded cantilevers providing the wanted support moment. Part 2.4 presents the database vuct-RC-int with shear tests on beams subjected to point loads, and Part 2.5 presents the database vuct-RC-gl-int with shear tests subjected to distributed loads. Part 2.6 deals like Part 2.5 with shear tests on beams without shear reinforcement subjected to distributed loads with shear failures at intermediate supports, but the beams were additionally subjected to axial compression. The three Parts 2.6A, 2.6B and 2.6C present the results of a test program with two series of shear test on beams without shear reinforcement. In Part 2.6D the database for these tests is presented and a summary of test results given as well as conclusions. In the final Part 2.6E the shear transfer and shear capacity at intermediate supports of members without stirrups is explained by means of strut-and-tie models. Part 3 is presented in DAfStb-Heft 617 and is not repeated here. However, the database of shear tests on prestressed concrete beams without stirrups subjected to point loads has been editorially revised and is available as evaluation database vuct-PC-A 2020. Part 4 and Part 5 with the databases with shear tests on r.c.- and p.c.- concrete beams with vertical stirrups were presented in DAfStb-Heft 617 and are still valid. Part 6 covers the shear tests on non-slender reinforced concrete beams with slendernesses a/d < 2,40 and has been revised as compared to DAfStb-Heft 617, so that new databases are presented.
