Das Erlernen einer Sprache ist eine Bereicherung: Ob Internationalisierung im beruflichen Kontext, Erschließung von Kulturwissen, bessere Teilhabe am sozialen Leben oder rein privates Hobby. Die wichtigsten Anforderungen an Sprachlerndienstleistungen sind in der Internationalen Norm ISO 29991 festgelegt.
