My study was an attempt to look at how Bayan Academy for Social Entrepreneurship and Human Resource Development (Bayan Academy), a non-government organization, practices development communication in its educational and entrepreneurship programs. It sought to identify the development communication principles and values being practiced in Bayan Academy's entrepreneurship and educational programs; determine how Bayan Academy's staff perceive development communication; find out the impact of Bayan Academy's entrepreneurship and educational programs on its stakeholders; and identify the development communication tradition where Bayan Academy's entrepreneurship and educational programs fall under.
