Dr. Anil Kumar Sharma is currently a Professor of Biotechnology with additional assignments as Dean, Faculty of Sciences,Director (IQAC) and Chairperson (R&D) at Amity University Punjab, Mohali,India and before this assignment, he was the Professor and Head of Bio-sciences and Technology at MM Deemed to be University, Mullana (Ambala) Haryana for 13 years. He worked as a Senior Research Scientist in health sciences, College of Medicine, UIC Chicago,USA (2008-2010) and a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow (Molecular Biology) in the Microbiology and Immunology Department at UIC College of Medicine Chicago, IL, USA (2003-2008). He also worked for a major multinational pharma R&D, Ranbaxy Research Laboratories as a Research Scientist from 2001-2003. He has more than 300 publications in peer-reviewed journals of national and international repute with h-Index of 45 (i10‾146) and a cumulative impact factor of his publications is more than 887.0 with more than 10700 citations. He has published 17 books from prestigious publishers including Springer-Nature Publishers, Pan Stanford publishers, and NOVA while 02 more books are in the pipeline. He has filed 17 patents with 04 of them recently awarded. His research interests are in the area of Microbial, Biotechnology and Molecular biology fields, leading him to for the past 04 years in the list of global top 2% highly cited researchers released by Stanford University California, USA.
Dr. Poonam Bansal is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biosciences and Technology at M.M. (Deemed to be University) Mullana (Ambala) Haryana, India. She is having 5 years of research experience including biosciences research, Teaching and Administration. Dr. Bansal got her master's (Biochemistry) and doctorate degree (Biochemistry) from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. During her doctoral study, she worked on Phenotypic, Biochemical, Molecular and In silico Characterization of Pediococcus acidilactici NCDC 252 and screening it for its safety and efficacy assessment as per ICMR-DBT (INDIA) guidelines. Dr. Bansal has worked in diversified scientific areas ranging from Protein Biochemistry, Molecular Biology to Genomics, Proteomics, Next Generation Sequencing and Drug designing. She also published Genome Sequence of Pediococcus acidilactici NCDC 252 in National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), 2019. Dr. Priti Duhan is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at K.L. Mehta Dayanand College for Women, Faridabad, Haryana, India. She is having 7 years of research experience including biotechnology research and Teaching. Dr. Duhan have got her masters (Biotechnology) and doctorate degree (Biotechnology) from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. During her doctoral study, she worked on In Vitro Propagation and Screening of Endophytes of Tinospora cordifolia for Bioactive Metabolites. Dr. Duhan has worked in diversified scientific area ranging from Plant Tissue culture, Plant Biotechnology to Molecular Biology, Plant Pathology and Microbiology. She also published Genome Sequence of 38 endophytic bacterial species isolated from different explants of Tinospora cordifolia plant in GenBank at National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), 2019.
