Description
Discourses about physical vulnerability at the intersection of theology, philosophy, and the human sciences point to the boundaries of human autonomy while offering new perspectives on corporeality as it relates to human beings, whose existence must always be conceived of in terms of vulnerability. Theology that thinks in these dimensions discovers physical vulnerability as a source of new practice that reveals and critiques boundary violations.
Torsten Meireis, Clemens Wustmans und Nicole Kunkel, Humboldt University Berlin, Germany.
