This textbook for students of physics is geared towards the content of a two-semester course of lectures on quantum theory. Appropriate attention is given to the conceptual fundamentals of quantum theory and, inter alia, to the quantum mechanical measurement process and Bell's inequalities. A chapter is devoted to an introduction to the modern concept of Feynman's path integral.
