Keith Jarrett The Willisau Jazz Festival has taken place every year since 1966 and has become an eagerly anticipated event within the international jazz scene, attracting jazz musicians and enthusiasts from all over Europe. Over the years more than 3000 musucians have performed there, including Evean Parker, Keith Jarrett, Ornette Coleman, Chick Corea, Cecil Taylor, Betty Carter, Archie Shepp, Dollar Brand, Don cherry, Anthony Braxton, John Abercrombie, Horace Silver, Sun Ra, McCoy Tyner, Michel Petruccianni and John Zorn; the festival has become the epitome of of dedicated atmospheric jazz concerts.
