Ning Hou is a Professor of Management in the Herberger Business School at St. Cloud State University, Minnesota, USA. Her research interests include newcomer socialization and orientation, social media and personality, and understanding leadership from attachment perspectives. She is co-editor of the book Organizational Behavior: An Evidence-Based Guide for MBA Students (Springer, 2023).
James Tan is a Professor of Management in the Herberger Business School at St. Cloud State University, Minnesota, USA. His research interests include individual differences such as personality, core self-evaluation, and abilities. His research has been published in a variety of international scholarly journals. He is also co-editor of the book Organizational Behavior: An Evidence-Based Guide for MBA Students (Springer, 2023). He has consulted with private and public organizations on job analyses, entry-level and promotional testing, and litigation support.
Gustavo Valdez Paez is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, multimodal logistics, and multimedia production. His areas of interest are psychology and supply chain management. His research has been published in international scholarly journals, and he is co-editor of the book Organizational Behavior: An Evidence-Based Guide for MBA Students (Springer, 2023).
