Description

The book titled "Enterprise Governance and Management" will offer useful means to the reader for establishing governance and management in an organisation, as well as for dealing with changes, regardless the origin of their causes: internal or external. As the third and final book in its series (after the books on Enterprise Ontology and Enterprise Design), Enterprise Governance and Management has the same firm theoretical basis: the CIAO paradigm and its offspring of specific theories, which constitute the foundations of the emerging discipline of Enterprise Engineering. Like the two predecessors, the book is a theory-based but practical guide.

Theories.- Chapter 4. The Enterprise Engineering Theories.- Chapter 5. The EE Assignment Theory.- Chapter 6. The EE Delegation Theory.- Chapter 7. The EE Transaction Cost Theory.- Chapter 8. The EE Governance & Management Theory.- Part III. Applications.- Chapter 9.The DEMO Methodology.- Chapter 10. Exercise: British Post Office.- Chapter 11.Exercise: Semco and Netflix.- Chapter 12. Real-life Cases.
