Magno Antonio Ferreira, completed his fellowship training in Retina and Vitreous at the University of Southern California s Doheny Eye Institute in Los Angeles, USA. He obtained his Master s and PhD degrees from the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP) in Brazil and later earned an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), São Paulo. Dr. Ferreira currently serves as a Full Professor at the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU), where he is engaged in clinical practice, research, and academic training. He previously served as President of the Brazilian Retina and Vitreous Society (BRAVS).
