Description
This book brings together teaching cases in leadership and responsible enterprise.
Reflecting the pressing need to address complex social and environmental challenges in an interconnected world through management education, the book is organised across four thematic areas that reflect the frontiers of teaching and research in leadership and enterprise development. It covers new models of enterprise development, enterprise finding, collaborative partnerships, and sustainable growth. With cases from across the global North and global South and from a whole spectrum of SMEs as well as larger corporations, the book provides an excellent opportunity for programme leaders and module coordinators to introduce practical examples that are otherwise not available in traditional textbooks.
By bringing the world to the classroom, educators will be able to cultivate a global mindset in students and raise awareness about shared challenges and innovative solutions being implemented across high-income and low-income economies.
