This 2-volume set constitutes the refereed proceedings of International Workshops, held as parallel events of the 21st IFIP WG 12.5 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence Applications and Innovations, AIAI 2025, held in Limassol, Cyprus, during June 26-29, 2025.
