Affirmations are a simple but powerful practice that can help overcome negative self-talk, inspire change and reconnect us with our values and passions. They even help us to answer the biggest questions of all; who am I and why am I here?
When practised daily, affirmations help us open up to new possibilities. They are the seeds of our desires. They bring what truly matters to us into the present. If we want love, then we are love. If we want peace, then we are peace.
