The Coventry Conch is a celebrated blog, excerpted on the BBC and featured on the Funny Women website. It has been called the 1990s answer to Adrian Mole in girl form. Holly Watson tells the tale of a young girl's experience growing up in Coventry in the 1990's. But Nanny Pam's fallen out with Grandad, mum and dad are skint, and Tom, with his beautifully pointy-spike gelled hair, doesn't seem to notice our girl at all. This is working class fiction at its funniest.
