Full Description

An imbalance in the universe occurred, unnaturally causing it to blink and a rift in the space time continuum allowed aliens from the parallel universe to come through. One such alien in a lone spaceship, close to death was picked up by the Earth Space Rescue hospital ship Retriever-2 en route to a mystery distress call. The time line was disrupted and spatial distortions made navigation difficult. Chasing aliens across space was not in the plan. Getting home was proving even more difficult with the erratic behaviour of Captain Gram Valmak refusing to take the hospital ship back to Earth as ordered. The mission was not complete to his satisfaction. The universe was in trouble and needed fixing, it seemed the crew of Retriever-2 were the only ones able to put it right.
