The Tenth Edition treats in detail the provisions of Article 9 (Secured Transactions) and updates the material on Articles 3 (Negotiable Instruments), 4 (Bank Deposits and Collections), 4A (Funds Transfers), 5 (Letters of Credit), and 8 (Investment Securities). It takes into account developing case law applying the 2010 Amendments to Article 9, and important developments in federal law governing payment systems, including amendments to Regulation CC.
