The year is 21xx. World War III has devastated the world. On the ashes of Tokyo, the city of Neo-Tokyo was founded. With his painful past behind him, Ketsuo, the last remaining graffiti samurai, has inherited the legacy of the samurai and intends to free Neo-Tokyo from the tyrant who oppresses it: the Emperor Oshi Mishumi.
