Full Description
A black teen from a poor neighbourhood discovers he has super abilities, but his powers only activate in a rich upscale white suburb. A middle-aged white woman realizes she has unique powers, but she can only use them in a predominately poor black community. These two unique heroes from different lives will have to come together to prevent a disaster - if prejudice doesn't tear them apart. A racially charged story for our time. Collects issues 1 - 6 of POWER LINES.
