Full Description
The book is about Uncle Joe and his niece Chloe. One school holiday, their neighbour and friend, Ernie, came to pick up Chloe to do some activities to earn some pocket money during the school holiday. The book showed the event in beautiful, coloured pictures, detailing their journey from Uncle Joe's house to the rice fields, all the animals and the landscape they saw, as well as some fun and work along the way. This book also showed the era and the times they lived in, that work activity can be incorporated as play of two innocent children with supervision from an adult.
