Rosie Hayes joins a gym in order to lose weight. Secretly she plans to win back her ex-boyfriend, Phil.

Jake assigns personal trainer, Samantha, to help Rosie lose the weight and get fit. Samantha, who wants Jake for herself, is disdainful of Rosie, especially when she confesses her desire to win Phil back.
