This book provides a guide to find a 'biopsychosocial' approach for headache in terms of team understanding by considering the issues on a case-by-case basis. To help headache patients find healing through biopsychosocial approaches it focuses not only on the causes of headache, but also pays attention to sleep, mobility, participation in social life, quality of bilateral relationships, nutrition and daily life cycles.
