Full Description
Is there something that we can simply call creativity? Is there something that unites the various forms of creativity and explains in 'essential' terms what it is? We think so. It represents a kind of openness to the world that allows an associative, atavistic or, if you will, synthetic experience. The spatiotemporal ordering of the mind is suspended, so that we can live an extra-temporal momentum, where we can appraise the world, process information, find solutions to a problem or simply feel good. This book starts from the above considerations, discusses some well-known concepts of creativity but also introduces innovative models and notions. It is of interest to scholars, students, professionals in various fields, but also to potential curious readers due to a rather free approach with a non-formal language, except when there is an absolute need.
