"Surgery of the Shoulder and Elbow, An International Perspective" is a collection of selected proceedings of the 9th International Congress on Surgery of the Shoulder that took place in Washington DC in May, 2004. This meeting was a result of the continuing efforts of shoulder and elbow societies throughout the world. The book brings a global perspective to the treatment of common to complex shoulder and elbow disorders.
