Part 2, "Organizational Behavior and Effectiveness," contains three chapters dealing with organizational culture and network of organizational relationships, stressors in twenty-one occupations, and the relationships of personality and organizational resources to job burnout. Part 3, "Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship," contains three chapters dealing with the assessment of mentoring approaches, employees' perception of involuntary/voluntary turnover, and the integration of entrepreneurial-orientation and resource-based views of the firm. Part 4, "International and Cross-Cultural Management," contains three chapters dealing with international and cross-cultural research in organizations with the topics including expatriate adjustment, international assignment and employee development, and the relationship between emotional intelligence and transformational leadership.
